If the brand you are working with as an ambassador uses Roster's payment feature, you’ll receive your commission payments through Roster. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the payment process, which includes redeeming your payment through a payment provider called Dots.
Step 1: Look for Your Commission Payment Email
When your commission payment is ready, you will receive an email from Roster ([email protected]) with the subject:
Your [Brand Name] Commission Payment
This email will have a payment link that you need to click to access your payment. The email might look like this:
Click the "Access your Payment" button or the link in the email to start the redemption process.
Step 2: Confirm Your Information on the Dots Payment Portal
After clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to the Dots website (e.g., my.dots.dev
). On this page:
Confirm your phone number and name if prompted.
This is necessary for security purposes to ensure the payment is going to the right person.
Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method
Once your information is confirmed, you’ll see options to redeem your payment. You can select from a variety of payment methods, including:
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw if a specific field appears (e.g., $1.00 as shown in the example).
Select your preferred payment method and follow any additional prompts.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation of Your Payment
Once you complete the payment selection, your funds should arrive within 5-10 minutes (times may vary depending on the chosen method). It may appears as coming from Divisible, Inc.
