Managing Your Email Notifications in Roster

Stay in control of the communications you receive from brands by adjusting your email notification settings directly within your Roster account. This guide will walk you through the process of customizing which updates you get, so you only receive the information that's most relevant to you.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your ambassador account on the Roster platform.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings: Click on the dropdown menu located in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Select 'Email Notifications': Within the Account Settings menu, find and click on 'Email Notifications' to access your notification preferences.

Customizing Your Preferences

  • Choose Your Topics: You'll see a list of different topics and types of emails we send. Select or deselect the checkboxes next to each topic based on what you're interested in.

  • Save Your Settings: After making your selections, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save' to update your preferences.
