As an ambassador, your involvement in campaigns blends the convenience of automated content gathering with the need for some hands-on interaction. While Roster's system effortlessly gathers campaign posts from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, certain campaign tasks require your manual input. This guide breaks down the process of uploading content and submitting web links using the Roster platform, ensuring your campaigns are a resounding success.

Uploading Content: Instagram Story and Images

1. Access Your Ambassador Portal

To begin, log in to your Ambassador Portal using the following link: https://roster.link/login.

2. Navigate to Campaign Progress

Once logged in, proceed to the "Campaigns" section and select the desired campaign. Then, after joining the campaign if you haven't already, click on "Activities".

3. Locate Upload Requirements

Scroll down to the campaign's "Instagram Story" or "Upload Content" requirements. Click the "+" upload button.

4. Upload Images

Use the "+" upload button to add images from your camera roll. If you created a video for your Instagram Story, upload a relevant screenshot since Roster currently supports image uploads only for this purpose.

NOTE: If uploading an Instagram Story, include Story Analytics

Upload a screenshot of your story analytics to provide valuable insights into your content's reach and engagement.

5. Finalize the Submission

Once your images and analytics are uploaded, your submission is complete. Congratulations, you're all set!

Submitting Web Links: Seamlessly Sharing Additional Content

1. Log in to Ambassador Portal

Begin by logging in to your Ambassador Portal using this link: https://roster.link/login.

2. Access Campaign Progress

Once logged in, proceed to the "Campaigns" section and select the desired campaign. Then, after joining the campaign if you haven't already, click on "Activities".

3. Locate Web Link Requirements

Scroll down until you find the campaign's "Web Link" requirements. Click the "Add Link" button to proceed.

4. Add Web Links

Paste the URL of the additional content into the provided field and then click "Save." To submit multiple links, click "Add Link" for additional cells.

5. Complete Submission

Once all the necessary web links are added, hit the "Save" button. Your web link submission is now complete, and you're ready to continue your ambassador journey!
